How to delete an account with a private profile?

  • You can delete an account with a private profile yourself by selecting the “Delete” option in the iTaxi app. You can find it in the Profile tab under privacy settings. This option is available for iOS and Android devices.
  • You can also request to delete an account with a private profile directly from our Customer Service Office by sending an email to [email protected].
  • The account is deleted immediately after the proper request is made.
  • Deleting an account with a private profile also constitutes a termination of the electronic services agreement and its resolution.

How to delete a business profile account?

  • A request to delete a business profile account must be sent directly to our Customer Service Office by sending an email to [email protected].
  • The deletion of a business profile account can only be requested by the person managing such an account (business account administrator).
  • The account will be deleted promptly upon receiving the correct request.
  • Deleting a business profile account also constitutes a termination of the electronic services agreement and its resolution.

If there are claims from either your side or iTaxi’s, personal data will be processed until the final resolution of the matter. Information processed for sharing purposes (e.g., with authorities) will be processed until the information is shared. Personal data processed for accounting purposes will be processed according to tax regulations.
  • Business Client (Sole Proprietor): We process your personal data until the service provision ends and for a period after contract termination for civil law claims limitation. If there are claims from either your side or iTaxi’s, personal data will be processed until the final resolution of the matter. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until consent withdrawal or objection. Information processed for sharing purposes (e.g., with authorities) will be processed until the information is shared. Personal data processed for accounting purposes will be processed according to tax regulations.
  • Employee of a Business Client: Personal data of users (employees) provided by the business client, in relation to their use of our services, will be processed as long as they have an active account. After the account is deleted (regardless of the reason for deletion), personal data will be processed for the duration of claims limitation. If there are claims from either your side or iTaxi’s, personal data will be processed until the final resolution of the matter. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until consent withdrawal or objection. Information processed for sharing purposes (e.g., with authorities) will be processed until the information is shared. Personal data processed for accounting purposes will be processed according to tax regulations.
  • Representative of a Business Client: Data will be processed during the contract period between iTaxi and the organization you represent, and also for claims limitation. If there are claims from the organization you represent or iTaxi, personal data will be processed until the final resolution of the matter. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until consent withdrawal or objection. Information processed for sharing purposes (e.g., with authorities) will be processed until the information is shared. Personal data processed for accounting purposes will be processed according to tax regulations.
