1. How iTaxi works

Download and open the application. Choose a type of the ride: standard, iTaxi Ticket with guaranteed price or premium ride. Before the order, You can modify all of the options: the beginning and ending address, date and time, you can leave an instruction as a note for the driver or choose an additional options as pet friendly driver or large trunk. After the ride, you can see the exact route, you can comfortably pay for the course using mobile payments: debit card in the app, BLIK, PayPal, GPay or Apple Pay.

2. What should I do to be able to make business rides?

TIf you want to register your firm with iTaxi, visit www.register.itaxi.pl and register your firm as a sole proprietorship or leave as your contact details and we will contact you.

3. Is using iTaxi free of charges?

Downloading and using the iTaxi app is free. Of course, taxi fares are subject to a fee, according to the price list.

4. On which mobile devices can I use the iTaxi app?

iTaxi runs on Android, IOS and HUAWEI operating system.

5. What is the taxi fare for the ride?

You can choose between two models: ride with iTaxi Ticket or standard ride. With iTaxi Ticket you know the price before you order the taxi. We guarantee the price, under the circumstance that the travel conditions e.g. the ending address or the route, will not change. You can also choose the standard taxi ride where you pay at the end of the ride with the accordance to the taxi fare, route etc. Premium taxis can be chosen as well, which are subjected to the additional charge, according to the price list.

6. How can I pay for the taxi ride?

In order to pay for the taxi ride with iTaxi you don’t have to have any cash on you! Just add you debit or credit card in the PAYMENT option in Menu, activate your Play or PayPal account, GPay, Apple Pay or use BLIK. If you prefer traditional methods you can always pay with cash or debit/credit card in the taxi.

7. How do the promotional codes work?

If you have a promotional code, you have to add it in the PROMOTIONS option in Menu. Depending on the type of code, it works one time or for a specific period of time and entitles you to a discounted amount or percentage of the amount. In order for the code to work, a mobile payment set as default payment is required. For more information visit www.itaxi.pl/kody-promocyjne. You can have one active code in the application at the same time, and the discounts cannot be combined.

8. Can I rate the ride?

After every course you can rade the service (form 1 to 5 stars) and leave a comment. We encourage you to rade it – thanks to that we know what our customers like and what we should work on a bit more 🙂

9. How can I order a future ride (with advance?)

In order to set the time at which you want to order the taxi, choose the calendar symbol on the taxi ordering screen. Set the date and time, and choose the ORDER button. You will be informed about the acceptance of the order for the given date. You will also receive information when the order is started and when the driver will be on his way to pick you up.

10. What about the situation when I want to order a taxi with larger trunk, a van or a pet friendly taxi?

After setting the order address, use “Options” button. Now you can choose the right amount of the passengers, “large trunk” option or a pet friendly taxi. We remind you that transporting an animal must take place in a transporter. You can also place an order by contacting our Call Center at 737-737-737.

11. Do I have to provide my data?

Yes. Your data is needed in order to fulfill the service. For example – we need your phone number so the taxi driver can contact you in case of unforeseen complications like traffic difficulties. We process your personal data in accordance with the Act. You can view them at any time, in the latest version of the application you can also grant us marketing consents – thanks to which you will learn about promotions.

12. How does the taxi driver know where to pick me up?

By default, you order taxis to the address where you are at the moment (we know this thanks to using the GPS transmitter on your phone). You want to order a taxi at different address? You can enter it manually. Addresses are saved in the address book so that you can return to them on subsequent orders. Is your address complicated? After selecting a taxi, you can add a note, e.g. „waiting at the bus stop”.

13. Can I contact the taxi driver after placing the order?

In the app you will see the taxi driver’s data. You can call him at any time or contact us directly and we will provide the driver with the required information.

14. What should I do if I have any doubts regarding my ride (e.g. the price of the ride)?

If you have any doubts about the course, please write to our Customer Service Office (bok@itaxi.pl) or contact us via the official Facebook profile.

15. Where can I find up to date and important information about new promotional codes and app changes?

It’s best to look for such information on our Facebook profile or on our blog: www.itaxi.pl/blog. In the app, you can also agree to our marketing communication, then you will learn about promotions and campaigns the fastest and most convenient 🙂
